The main wear parts of slurry pump are wet parts. Excellence Pump Industry Co., Ltd adopts many kinds anti-abrasive material to extend the lifetime of wet parts.

The wet parts material for standard EHM series pump is high chrome alloy KmTBCr26 and for series EHR the material is natural rubber. KmTBCr26 is a wear resistant white iron that offers excellent performance under erosive conditions. Moreover, to meet different requirements, Excellence Pump Industry Co., Ltd can also produce wet parts of other material to replace high chrome alloy or natural rubber, such as EPDM, Hypalon, Hastelloy, CD4MCU, chloroprene rubber adhesive and other anti-abrasive material.

India, Japan to Strengthen Cooperation in Maritime Sector

India and Japan have decided to further strengthen their cooperation in the maritime sector as a part of the overall robust bilateral relations. The two countries agreed to enhance their interaction through the existing forums and through port-to-port exchanges.

These issues came up for a discussion between the Union Minister of Shipping Shri G.K. Vasan, who is on an official visit to Japan and his Japanese counterpart Shri Akihiro Ohta, Minister of land, Industries and Transport & Tourism, Government of Japan.

Shri Vasan explained the developments that were taking place in India in the Ports sector and assured Shri Ohta that concerns regarding infrastructure and connectivity of ports are being addressed expeditiously. In particular, he said that the ports in Ennore and Chennai are catering to the Japanese car exporters like Toyota and Nissan who have so far exported about 42000 and 300000 cars respectively from these ports.

During the talks, Shri Vasan thanked the Japanese government for its support to various Indian Ports and infrastructure projects through the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA). He also mentioned the possibility of JICA assistance to VOC Port at Thoothukudi for the upcoming Outer Harbour Project.

  ertification means that Deltares decides on the basis of recent projects whether Delft3D application has complied with all the norm requirements. Proof is required of expertise and skills in at least three different areas such as water flows, sediment transport and water quality.

Other preconditions for certification are that the use of Delft3D must be a core business, that the application must be advanced enough and that there should be a clear embedding of the results in the deliverables for the client. In short, there should be an expert process involving the transformation of model results into consultancy.

Delft3D is a model simulation system with a range of modules, including a flow module, a wave module, a water quality and sediment transport module and a morphological module. The system can be used to simulate a range of processes:

- Salt intrusion in estuaries and channels;

- Thermal stratification in rivers and seas;

- Cooling-water circulation and wastewater disposal;

- Tidal reproduction and the impact of wind and atmospheric pressure fields;

- Filling and emptying storage areas and controlled overflow areas;

- Medium-term predictions of morphological processes associated with sediment and sand transport;

- Refraction of currents and waves, and the resulting morphological processes.

The certificate is valid for a period of three years.

Queensland coal mine gets environmental OK

Australia's Queensland State Government hasgiven Bandanna Energy an environmental nodfor its Springsure Creek coal mine project, southwest of Rockhampton.

The Queensland Department of Environment and Heritage Protection released a report saying the company may proceed from environmental impact assessment to submission of an environmental management plan.

"The environmental management plan is actually a key working document, which includes all the key strategies that we need to undertake on a day-by-day basis," said Bandanna managing director, Michael Gray.

"Then as part of that, the environmental licence and the environmental authority is the key document that we get measured against, and that includes specific conditions about noise levels, water monitoring, all those sort of key activities that are required."

The underground mine is expected to be in operation for 40 years producing up to 11 million tonnes per annum (Mtpa) of thermal coal, to be extracted using the longwall method.

Orica Limited has lifted profit by 49 per cent to $602 million for the the year to September despite a weakness in demand for mining services.

A strong contribution from explosives helped keep earnings steady at $1.269 billion. Orica recorded full year sales revenue of $6.9 billion, up 3 per cent.

The company expects profit this current financial year to be better than 2013.

Growth in explosives is expected to continue from the Pilbara in the North West of Australia, former Soviet states and Africa.

And there’s been higher demand from metals markets in Canada and South West USA.

But lower volumes in North East Australia, weak demand from eastern USA coal markets, lower volumes in Latin America due to weak demand in Brazil and strikes in Colombia, and weaker volumes in Indonesia.

Mining firms growing frustrated with delays in Ring of Fire

TIMMINS - MPP Gilles Bisson (NDP – Timmins-James Bay) says mining companies are getting impatient with the province when it comes to getting approvals to proceed with mineral developments in the Ring of Fire.

Ontario Northern Development and Mines Minister Michael Gravelle (Liberal – Thunder Bay-Superior North), announced on Friday the creation of a development corporation formed of all three provincial parties, the federal government, and other stakeholders, to better identify the various things needed to develop the region.

Notably, Gravelle stated there's a need "to lay the necessary groundwork" in the sectors of training, capacity and infrastructure building, and strengthening bonds with the chiefs of the Matawa Tribal Council, led by Bob Rae and Justice Frank Iacobucci.

Gravelle's statement read that "recent developments, and divergent private sector interests, have impacted our ability to move forward on vital infrastructure required to develop the region located within the James Bay lowlands.

"We need to get people in to work and goods out to the global market. Currently there are a variety of proposals for infrastructure development. They propose different corridors and different modes of transportation, but in the end, they all lead to the same place. In recent weeks, it has become increasingly clear to me, that we need to determine exactly what those infrastructure needs are, and we need to do it now. What will serve development of the region best, what will serve the people of Ontario best."

Bisson also said there's a need to identify and act on issues related to the Ring of Fire. But he said the province has been taking too long to act. He worries companies might start getting cold feet.

"It's been seven years now that the government has announced in almost every budget and Throne speech that they're going to do something with the Ring of Fire," Bisson said on Friday. "Each and every time they do it, they have some kind of announcement like we're seeing today, and we're never any closer to the Ring of Fire getting off the ground.

"There's been, frankly, an extreme lack of leadership, and extreme inaction on the part of the government. Here we are, seven years later, and these companies are completely frustrated."

Bisson named Cliff Resources and Noront as two of the companies with whom he has met over the past "two to three weeks."

"The point is the government keeps on saying they want this thing to get off the ground, the government keeps on saying they're going to do something…and a year later, we're never further ahead," he said. "It's clear what needs to happen: The province has to be front and centre when it comes to being the catalyst to making everything happen. Natural resources, and the development of natural resources, is a provincial responsibility."

Bisson said the cost of developing the Ring of Fire is essentially going to be split three ways: federally, provincially, and among the various companies benefiting from the resources pulled from the ground. The Ring of Fire contains one of the world's largest known chromite deposits.

Bisson added an important part of the process is making sure products from mining activity in the Ring of Fire are processed, if not in Ontario, then in Canada at the very least.

"We need to pony up our money on the table," said Bisson. "We have to say, as a province, we understand it's going to cost 'x'; here's what we're prepared to do when it comes to road or rail infrastructure, when it comes to hydro infrastructure, in regards to training First Nations and others in preparation for the development of that mine."

After mixing the ore with water, the mixture would be transported by excellence pump to
magnetic separator for wet concentration.

It was the first time that the client invested in mineral industry. Therefore, there were some
 problems in the application due to inexperience in preparing and management. Excellence
engineer was sent to Indonesia to remove problems at the request of client. He successfully
 found that the problem lay in the oversight of suction lift. The project now is running smoothly
after the client installed the slurry pump under the direction of engineer. They are very
satisfied with our product and service. Now, we are working together on another project.

China has officially confirmed one-year linkage between coal price and electricity price, which
 aroused public curiosity about the possible drop of the electricity price.

NDRC (National Development and Reform Commission) has announced that there would be 
some adjustments of the electricity price such as lowering the benchmark price of sulfur-free powerplant. 
However, the price adjustment is rather the result of environment conservation than the price linkage according
 to International Finance News reporter.

In addition, the official also put forward another issue about gas power generation, which is raise the price of 
electricity generated by natural gas to relieve pressure posed by high price of imported gas. Electricity price
 increase can not only encourage the percentage of gas power generation,but also subsidize the enterprise.
