Slurry Pump For Coal Washing Project

Coal reserves are available in almost every country worldwide, with recoverable reserves in around 70 countries. At current production levels, proven coal reserves are estimated to last 147 years. Brazil is one of the most dynamic countiesin South America. It has rich coal reserve with 10.113 billion exploitable tonsof coal reserve. Excellence has undertaken three 20 sets of EHM pumps had been shipped to the South American coal washing plant and applied in the whole project.
 Series EHM(R) also called heavy duty slurry pump. This kind of slurry pumps is suitable for delivering the strong  abrasive, high density and low density, high head slurries, with thick wear parts and heavy duty supports. In the allowable range of pump work pressure, the pumps could run in series to reach high head.

 Material Advantage 
The main wear parts of slurry pump are wet parts. Excellence Pump Industry Co., Ltd adopts many kinds anti-abrasive material to extend the lifetime of wet parts.

The wet parts material for standard EHM series pump is high chrome alloy KmTBCr26 and for series EHR the material is natural rubber. KmTBCr26 is a wear resistant white iron that offers excellent performance under erosive conditions. Moreover, to meet different requirements, Excellence Pump Industry Co., Ltd can also produce wet parts of other material to replace high chrome alloy or natural rubber, such as EPDM, Hypalon, Hastelloy, CD4MCU, chloroprene rubber adhesive and other anti-abrasive material.
    
Pre-sales:   Our management team and engineers have been to the coal washing site for  raining and maintenance.
   After-sales:       Excellence engineer went to the coal washing site to helpe eliminate water    leakage problem. After careful examination, he successfully discovered that the seal water pressure is not enough. The leakage is solved by increasing the seal water pressure and amount.
